About this class

The workouts at TEAM Fitness blend the 4Ps of TEAM Fitness: Posture, Power, Performance and Play. We follow a rotation schedule. The specific class based on the date that you will be attending can be located on our website http://portlandteamfitness.com/ under the "schedule" tab. The four classes we rotate through are the following: BOOM: Moderate to heavy strength training blended with cardiovascular intervals and body weight movements. Mad Props: Cardiovascular and sports specific plyometrics blended with body weight training with fitness props such as TRX, Bosu balls, Stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls and dynamax balls DIESEL: A heavy to moderate strength training class using free weights, barbells, and kettlebells ending with a "Fitness Finisher" challenge 20-20-20: An blend of the best: strength training, cardio challenge, core/mobility/posture work Our classes are intended to challenge you in a variety of ways, and are user friendly for all levels.

What is ClassPass?
