About this class

PopUp and Fleet Feet are teaming up to bring you a killer 50 minute workout inside the Carrboro Store! Each class incorporates cardio and toning, focusing on strengthening and lengthening all of the muscles in your body. Compound movements using light weights, resistance bands, balls, and gliders work both small and large muscle groups to fatigue. Cardio intervals keep the heart rate up for maximum calorie burn. PopUp is an INTENSE workout. You can expect to burn 400-600 calories per class and build long lean muscles that will keep your metabolism up long after your workout is over.
