About this class

PopUp is an hour-long full-body workout that pushes you to the max and delivers real results. Each class incorporates cardio and toning, focusing on strengthening and lengthening all of the muscles in your body. Compound movements using light weights, resistance bands, balls, and gliders work both small and large muscle groups to fatigue. Cardio intervals keep the heart rate up for maximum calorie burn. PopUp is an INTENSE workout. You can expect to burn 400-600 calories per class and build long lean muscles that will keep your metabolism up long after your workout is over.

Great class. A little crowded in a small room but that is the nature of a "pop up" class I suppose. I consider myself to be pretty in shape and teach group fitness classes myself and this class kicked my butt

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
