About this class

This class will introduce and develop an understanding of how to use the Reformer machine. You will focus on body alignment, breathing, flexibility and elongating muscle groups to enable efficient movement. Please note that if you are new to Pilates and want to join any of the scheduled Reformer classes, you must have already taken this class.

What is ClassPass?
