About this class

This class starts was a 20 minute warm up on the Power Plates to activate major muscle groups and mobilise major joints of the body. You will then move onto the Free Form Board which adds an extra dynamic workout to your Pilates class. It will challenge your movement with it's multi-directional functionality.This workout is great for building strength and adding a new dimensions to your workout. Disclaminer: Must have attended a Beginner Mat Class.

What is ClassPass?
