About this class

This circuit-styled class features pole specific exercises designed to improve your spins, lifts and poses. Never boring, Body by Pole uses a mix of body weight exercises, cardio intervals, strength and flexibility training to help you burn calories and increase your endurance. Body by Pole gives you the personal attention you need to get where you want to be on your pole adventure. Prerequisite: None! This class is suitable for all women. Attire: short-sleeved shirt or tank top, yoga pants or leggings Footwear: barefoot or gym shoes

How to get there

Find the sexy red door. The studio is located at 4719 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OHIO 45217 in the St. Bernard portion of Vine street. Most people come by using I-75 and get off on the Mitchell Road/St. Bernard exit, #6. They are in the same building as WIGLAND. The studio is on the second floor so please enter through the bright red door on the street. PARKING: Free parking is available in the municipal lot directly across from the WIGLAND building and/or in the Saint Bernard Chiropractor's lot.

What is ClassPass?
