About this class

Find new inspiration in a high-intensity "Strength & Conditioning" plus Stretch training class.  This class will not only build, flex and tone your muscles, but burn will also burn calories.  Taking this class on a regular basis will assist with injury prevention, decreased fatigue when performing those free dances and that stronger body can't hurt for building self esteem. This class will introduce you to proper fitness and training techniques as well as build a strong exercise foundation.  Join them!  Bring your yoga mat and water!

This specific class is not on the pole at all, it is more of a barre/body weight class. It is an awesome community of women who clearly adore each other, so I would definitely recommend if you need a mood booster and a decent sweat!

What is ClassPass?
