Cool... but not for me.
Pole 2 with Andrew
It's definitely more advanced so challenging for a beginner who's never tried pole before, but it seemed like it was challenging for even those who go often. Even though I had a hard time doing a lot of moves, Andrew and everyone around me was super encouraging and always giving tips. Super fun, great workout, welcoming vibe. Highly recommended!

I felt it was not communicated well that this class is not open to all levels as in the description but for experienced dancers. The class really provide much exercise if you are not skilled in pole dancing.
