Deep Stretch & Flexibility with Jeannine
Everyone was really welcoming and polite! I would suggest they be a bit more conscientious the abilities of new-comers, however. Some of the amazing stretches and contortions these practitioners can do with their bodies can cause serious injury to the uninitiated. I myself left with an overextended hip flexor and I’m no stranger to yoga! In addition, I would recommend reimagining the layout. Upon entering, you have no choice but to intrude on the current class to access the cubbies to store your stuff. Wet snow boots oblige you to remove your shoes, which makes for wet socks and before you know it, you find yourself in the bathroom barefoot. ???? Takeaway: Bring a sweater to wear until you get warmed up and definitely bring some indoor slides or slippers! Good music and vibes though. Judge-free zone. This place has a very bohemian and DIY atmosphere. It’s a little rough around the edges, but get past that and I’m sure you could learn a lot from these ladies!
Response from the studio:
Sorry to hear that you didn't have a 5 star experience. I would love to give you a free class to try us out again feel free to email me and I can set it up.
Deep Stretch & Flexibility with Jeannine
The instructor was cool. It was a good stretch. I think the class is there to support the other classes they offer. I wasnt expecting to attempt splits. All in all it was a nice class. I found the space to be uncomfortably small.
Deep Stretch & Flexibility with Jessalynn
Just my first impression, but I really liked the studio. I was prepared to be intimidated, but it was super welcoming. No snootiness. The instructor pushed me push my boundaries in an encouraging way. Definitely planning to go back and try an actual pole class.
Deep Stretch & Flexibility with Jessalynn
It's more geared towards regular clients of the studio trying to get into a specific shape. Not for people like me who have never done pole and are just looking to do normal stretching. It's fine for what it is but I'm not sure it belongs on classpass.
Deep Stretch & Flexibility with Annastasia
Fun and challenging

The studio is not the cleanliest. It is above a Popeye's so it smells like fried chicken.
Deep Stretch & Flexibility with Cindy
It was a good class and a great experience. I am definitely interested in returning. Started off with a fun cardio dance warmup that easily transitioned into the deep stretching workout. Highly recommend this class to people who want to work on their flexiblity.
Deep Stretch & Flexibility with Cindy
good strech but the instructioner kept having side social convos with all her co instructioner friends in the group
Deep Stretch & Flexibility with Dani
Very challenging. A small group, and most of the other folks knew each other and chatted throughout class. Not a big deal, but good to know!
Deep Stretch & Flexibility with Tonya
Definitely a good stretch. As other mentioned the teacher assumes students have a certain baseline level of flexibility / strength to get the most out of it, so it's good to know your own limits. Many of the regulars in the class treat this as a warm up for the pole class after.
