Chair Play with Alex
Class was great! Instructor was patient and fun. The space was very small but you still feel like you get in a good work out
Chair Play with Alex
So fun! Learned to do things that I had no idea I could do, like a headstand on a folding chair.
Response from the studio:
Yasss!

Great class and a super helpful and sweet instructor.
Chair Play with Khristena
I've done this class before and normally love it but this will be my last one. Not sure what happened, but this class went from dancing with a bit of conditioning to a chair acrobatics class! The teacher had us get in positions that felt super unsafe (including ones with pressure on the neck) and I'm bruised to high hell today. She also pushed us to keep trying positions after I made it clear it wasn't going to happen. Since the last time I came, they now teach this issue in the front room, which is pretty odd since people are walking in and talking throughout class. Sadly, won't be returning.
Chair Play with Annastasia
Fun class and good for beginners. Annastasia is very encouraging!
Chair Play with Khristena
Learned several tricks, with a short cardio warm up and routine at the end. More trick/skill based than an overall workout.
Chair Play with Laura
So much fun. Laura was awesome!

First time! Very fun class to try something new!

I think there was a sub so I don't think it's always like this, but felt a little disorganized (she forgot moves to the routine a couple times and we started from the beginning with new moves). It's also a very small workout space for the chair play class. I peaked in the room with the poles and it looked legit though!
