About this class

Train on multiple apparatuses (Aerial Hammock, Hoop, and Silks) in this all levels aerial conditioning class. This class will focus on endurance and strength-building that targets core, arm, and leg strength, while developing cardiovascular and muscular endurance to get you in tip-top shape to master ANY aerial apparatus. Please wear leggings and long sleeve shirts; shorts are NOT recommended for this class. It is recommended that you have previous aerial experience or attended at least 3 aerial classes prior to taking this class.

How to prepare

Whatever you feel comfortable in, however shorts are encouraged for pole classes and leggings are encouraged for aerial classes. Normally we dance barefoot, but feel free to wear heels (must have an ankle strap).

How to get there

Located on the very busy 14th street in DC (1322 14th St NW 2nd Floor Washington DC 20005). If you have to park, leave extra time to search for parking. There is limited street, lot, and garage parking. The nearest metro is McPherson Square Metro (blue, orange, silver). Our studio is located on the 2nd floor directly above Popeye's chicken, and in between THE PIG and BTOO restaurants. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. If your arrive 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of your class, your reservation will be canc
