About this class
Using the popular Air Relax compression boots, spend 15 minutes in a comfortable recliner chair as your legs are squeezed and massaged. This treatment improves blood and lymph circulation, and can be compared to foam rolling. Leg compression boots are great to refresh sore leg muscles and loosen up tight tendons and ligaments. Wear comfortable fittings pants, leggings or shorts. You will take off your shoes so socks are recommended, but not necessary.

How to prepare
You must wear dry socks which the studio will supply. Men need to wear cotton briefs or boxers. Women can wear cotton underwear but it is not necessary. Any jewelry will also need to be removed. Each session is scheduled for 15 minutes. You will have 3 minutes in the cryosauna. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment!
