Work on toning and strengthening the whole body with kettlebells! Through this class, participants will learn the many ways to utilize kettlebells in a functional workout, while the circuit style of this class will leave participants with an array of new exercises to implement into their fitness routines. All levels. Some prior fitness background recommended.

How to prepare

We have everything you need here: Towel Service, Showers with shampoo and body wash, Infrared Sauna, Lockers(no lock needed), Filtered Water, Vending Machine, coffee, and amazing community! If you are coming to a cycling class, be sure to arrive 15 minutes early to secure a bike. For all other classes, arrive at least 5 minutes early. For open gym, arrive whenever!

How to get there

We are located in Liberty Station on the corner of Roosevelt and Cushing. To reach the front of the facility, drive to the end of Roosevelt and turn right on Cushing... Coming up on your right you will see a large parking lot, drive in the lot, park, and head in through the front door! Be sure to let the front desk know if it is your first time so they can make you feel comfortable and ready for your workout!

Got the job done. A little unclear on what to do at first but once you get started, it was easy to pickup. Nice facility.

Kettlebell Circuit
I believe the description of this class needs to be revised. It was described as all levels, so I thought I was okay as never having done a kettle bell workout. Unfortunately, the instructor , even after knowing my sister and I were new to kettle bells, did not offer any modifications to the exercises or to the weight of the kettle bell used, to accommodate our being newbies. I wish he had, and I wish he would have told us then how extreme this workout was going to be. I couldn't finish the workout as it was too difficult and I felt nauseous. I was greatly disappointed as I had hoped to learn how to use kettle bells. Maybe you can offer a class for those new to this type of workout.

Kettlebell Circuit
Circuit style class with both strength training and cardio. Instructor was upbeat and encouraged everyone to go at their own pace, providing modifications when needed. Great class!
