BODY PUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens and tones your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls. Ten tracks of great music, awesome instructors, and your choice of weight, inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! All Levels, some prior fitness background recommended.

How to prepare

We have everything you need here: Towel Service, Showers with shampoo and body wash, Infrared Sauna, Lockers(no lock needed), Filtered Water, Vending Machine, coffee, and amazing community! If you are coming to a cycling class, be sure to arrive 15 minutes early to secure a bike. For all other classes, arrive at least 5 minutes early. For open gym, arrive whenever!

How to get there

We are located in Liberty Station on the corner of Roosevelt and Cushing. To reach the front of the facility, drive to the end of Roosevelt and turn right on Cushing... Coming up on your right you will see a large parking lot, drive in the lot, park, and head in through the front door! Be sure to let the front desk know if it is your first time so they can make you feel comfortable and ready for your workout!

Great instructor but not a great workout for a young strong person.

Thanks for the feedback. Bodypump is designed as sort of an introduction to weightlifting, as explained in the class description. If you want a more challenging workout I highly recommend some of our other classes like Athletic intensity Bootcamp. Check it out and let us know what you think!

Its pretty slow. Minimal heart rate elevation but decent strength training if thats all youre after

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
