Great class. All strength, variety of upper body exercises working different muscles. Xavior is very attentive and encouraging. Knowledgeable. Doesn't let you slack. Will be returning.

Awesome instructor, great class!! Tal was very encouraging and attentive, ensuring everyone was using the proper form and technique. Challenging class while being fun- great music!

Great instructors - but the other class attendees whine too much. The instructor had to actually stop instructions multiple times to address two members that were complaining about the level of weight and difficulty. PR girls should go to spin class if they want to pretend to work out.

Tal was great and really helped with suggestions and corrections even though I am advanced. I workout 3-4 times a week running/lifting and his advice was better than any other instructors as they tend to focus on beginners. He pushed me to use heavier weights but with a really positive and friendly vibe. Class has no cardio though and is 90% arms and chest so know that going into it. There is a 5 minute warmup then you go into 3 sets of 3 different exercises with free weights and body weight (like push-ups). The hour flew by. Room is small but Tal keeps it personal so felt fine.

What is ClassPass?
