About this class

True to its name, this class is split in two. In the strength portion you'll squat, deadlift, clean, snatch, press and more to get that body pumped! In the conditioning portion you'll row, make use of the AirDyne bike, jump, kb swing and more to get that heart rate up and body looking ripped!

intense circuit training. In the beginning all the different exercises may seem confusing/overwhelming but the instructors come around helping everyone with their form and motivating to push harder. great workout!

This place is the BEST. I almost dont want to leave a review because I want it all for myself! Everyone is so good at their job- friendly, technical and hilarious. I always get an amazing workout and feel inspired. The regulars are great too. Plus, theres a cute studio dog :)

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
