About this class

Just what the name says! This 45 minute class focuses on strengthening and lengthening the lower half of your body! Class begins on with a matte series before heading to the barre for additional toning work. Class finishes with a quick core blast. Class ends with a Reiki Healing Cool-Down.

How to prepare

Just your beautiful self! Wear whatever you want and feel comfortable in! Just have the bits and pieces covered. Most tend towards yoga gear. Also, bring a water or beverage with you! If you forget one, no worries, they have bottled water for sale at the front for $1.00 (cash only).

Rest time at the end with lavender oil was so nice. Not the most challenging barre class but great atmosphere!

What is ClassPass?
