About this class

This is our TOUGHEST class! Very challenging. Not recommended to clients who have not come to PLATEFIT yet. We utilize TRX suspension straps with the power plate. It is pushing you past your limits in a safe and motivating way! We incorporate toning and cardio through out the circuits of the 27 min class! **Please Note: this class is NOT recommended for first time clients GRIP-SOLED SOCKS are MANDATORY for ALL classes at PLATEFIT. We sell socks at the studio. If you choose to forfeit your class because of the grip-sock policy, please be aware that it will be marked as a "missed" class.

How to prepare

Who’s PLATEFIT designed for? Anyone! (who isn't pregnant) At PLATEFIT they believe fitness looks different on every body. PLATEFIT tips: Feels like the very first time? We recommend at least 3 classes to acclimate your body to vibration. Grip Soled Socks are required & available at the studios for $15. First Time clients- please arrive 15 min early so the staff can give you the PLATEFIT vibrational down low. They allow a grace period of 3 mins. Arrival after 3 mins will result in the loss of your spot if a Wait List client is present.

How to get there

PLATEFIT BRENTWOOD is pleased to provide 75 MINUTES VALIDATED PARKING in either the Parking structure below our studio (Brentwood Town Center) and additional parking adjacent to the studio (Brentwood Place) above Helmut Lang and Theory conveniently providing direct access to the 2nd floor and PLATEFIT.

Definitely recommend trying TRX (not with the addition of power plate) prior to taking this class- or moved so fast that if you're not familiar with the movements, can be challenging to keep up. Amazing workout!

What is ClassPass?
