About this class

If you are new or experineced to Aerial and would like to try a fun combination of safety and fitness movement taken to a new challenging level allowing your body to do things you wouldn't think possible. Our silks very accessible for people of all ability levels. Instruction is taught by passionate people, who love hearing the testimonies of how activity impacts their lifestyles. Also takes into account the many types of bodies and personality types and there is truly something for everyone. Aerial Fitness - FIT stands for Fun-Integrated-Training, where ee use a combination of Pilates, Stretching, and Body Weight Resistance in the hammocks to condition your body for successful and fun inversions. Our class is intended for increasing your strength and flexibility.

How to prepare

If you are new to the studio, or new to Pilates Reformer, Yoga, Aerial Sculpt, or Barre in general, please arrive 10 minutes before class time to get a personalized overview of the pilates reformer, props, the studio, and to sign our waiver.

How to get there

We are located in Lower Queen Anne just East of Seattle Pacific University in a Fitness Plaza under Cascade Health. All parking is free!

Love the aerial class, up to 5 people so lots of individual attention. Slow and stretching movements, some inversions, good balance strength work.

I loved my Aerial FIT intro class. The instructor was incredibly passionate in what we were learning. I got stretches in places I didn't know could be stretched. I would love to come back to take their other classes as well!

What is ClassPass?
