How to prepare

1. Arrival - get to the Punch Club 15 minutes before the class starts. Let the front desk know that you are new, they're nice people and will make sure to fit you with wraps and gloves. You MUST be signed in and standby in the waiting area 5 minutes before the start of class for an introduction. Health + Safety information during this induction is vital to the class and your safety. 2. Outfit - come in workout appropriate clothing. 3. Gloves + Wraps - if you have your own wraps and/or gloves feel free to bring them.

Anthony was very informative, welcoming, and supportive of a first timer like myself. It was a lot of fun, and a very solid workout.

High intensity the whole time. Dutch was an awesome instructors super motivational and great at pumping up and would offer instruction when it was needed. Left in a puddle of sweat. Not as much actual boxing as the other class here, but equally good of a workout.

What is ClassPass?
