About this class

Circuit of lifts, carries and throws, the backbone of Strength and functional movement. Low impact and medium intensity suitable for all levels. Another HIIT class but much easier going on the joints and the perfect choice for anyone with a niggly injury that still wants to train hard. No jumping, sprinting, or any other kind of impact, just lifts, carries and throws in a high intensity circuit format.
