About this class

Using a mini-trampoline (also known as a rebounder) this class is a low impact cardio option that protects the joints and increases lymphatic flow. Intervals of high energy bouncing on a spring free rebounder, followed by intermittent full body strengthening with our barre thigh and seat burners will leave your body feeling energized and your mood happy. It is a perfect way to increase core strength, improve posture, strengthen muscles and improve coordination while keeping your joints safe from injury.

How to prepare

Bottled water is available for a $1. Non-skid socks are mandatory to attend class. However, if you do not already own non-skid socks, a pair can be purchased in studio for $12. If it's your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early so you can complete your registration and get comfortable in the space.

How to get there

We are located in the City Walk shopping center off Hammond Drive. Once in the center, we are next to the Kroger gas station.

This is a sneaky hard class. It gets your heart rate up and you leave sweaty.

This class was HARD but I was really proud of myself for completing it. I would recommend at least having 7-10 barre classes under your belt before you take this class if you’re a newbie.

Always a fun, sweaty class. Tiffany is very energetic. Barre trampoline moves always change, so never a predictable workout. Prepare to be challenged and prepare to drink ALL your water throughout this workout. Day 2 those muscles you didnt realize you worked will talk to you.

What is ClassPass?
