Very fun! However the music is a bit loud so sometimes i would miss what the instructors was saying.

Michelle is the best!!! You can tell she has a strong health background because she is great at providing modifications if you have an injury. She is also very sweet. The class is the perfect workout.

Not sure why this class said it was shoes optional. There was a lot of moving and jumping around, so it seems like it would've been terrible without shoes. Is combining Pilates with boxing something earth shattering? No. Will I ever spend $25 on their branded piloxing gloves? Hell no. That's just dumb. If you want extra weight, just punch while holding some 2 lb weights. But overall, it was a good cardio workout. Basically an aerobics class with some punching. I thought the instructor was good and energetic and she really kept the class moving nonstop without breaks, which I appreciated (except when we paused to take a group picture. That was weird.) wish it were less crowded, but a good, fast paced workout overall.
