A cardio fusion class that incorporates cutting edge research and fitness techniques to burn maximum calories, build lean muscles, and increase stamina. The program uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with the targeted sculpting and flexibility of pilates. These techniques are also supplemented by the use of weighted gloves, further toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health. Michelles class was hard for me as a beginner- it was fast paced and energetic, but she cheered everyone on along the way. Its a great workout. Bring a towel and some water! Youll thank me later!

Very interesting mix of boxing, Pilates and dancing. A lot of fun and challenging at the same time. Michelle was great! She recommended to use the weights, which I was very happy I did. Highly recommend this class!

Lots of fun! Full body workout. Upbeat, Michelle is very attentive. Challenging enough that I'm sore the day after but not so much that I wanted to die during it.
