Women's Bootcamp
This class was just what I needed to reset, feel strong and pretend my punching bag was my ex boyfriend ????
Women's Bootcamp
Erin has the best workouts! Heavy lift leg day and finish with boxing! One of my fav workout places ever!
Women's Bootcamp
Good feedback on lifting form and motivating!
Women's Bootcamp
Beginning of class was spent doing repetitions of strength exercises + the rest of time was spent boxing. Small class allowed instructor to correct on technique. Modifications made it easier for me! Strength training can be intimidating, but atmosphere was positive, which made it much more enjoyable and allowed me to focus on moves. Def plan to go again!
Women's Bootcamp
I was confused when I first got there, I just saw a bunch of people openly boxing and didn't know who to talk to. I thought I may have gone to the wrong place, but once I found Erin, everything was great! The class is challenging and supportive, Id love to make it back!
Women's Bootcamp
The class was about 40-45 minutes of a leg workout circuit and then 10 minutes of some boxing. The instructor did not do much instructing, rather the couple other women that attended the class helped me. I am unsure of the instructor's name as well as there was no real introduction to this gym. Overall felt unwelcoming and awkward.
Women's Bootcamp
My first time at Pilgers was this morning women's boot camp. Parking is kind of weird and the room we trained in was small. I guess the normal trainer lady (Erin?) wasn't there this morning. The girl "leading" the workouts just had us go through a leg workout with little to no guidance, just an exercise and number of reps for each one on little white boards. We only boxed for 10 min. I think the regulars (all 3 of them) knew which bags were good ones so my friend and I were stuck on these smaller lighter bags. Maybe it's different when the usual trainer is there, but I probably won't be back to find out when there are plenty of other boxing gyms I like a LOT more. Who have more structured workouts with attentive trainers.
