About this class

Must be able to execute 60-75% of the classical advanced order on the reformer. Should know and be able execute the rowing series, overhead, upstretch, corkscrew, tick tock, teaser and horseback, tree with release and side splits. 4 people maximum.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing. The studio is fully equipped with Gratz equipment, do not bring your own mat. There is a locker room for changing and storage of personal belongings. There are no showers. Bottled water is available for purchase. There are complimentary hand towels available.

How to get there

Take the A,C, 2, 3, 4,5 or J train to Fulton Street in the Financial District.

What is ClassPass?
