Cardio Jumpboard on the Reformer at Pilates Vitale
About this class
This class can be modified to any level simply by replacing the jumpboard with footwork. However, it is geared towards those who want to increase their heart-rate and work on strength. It includes to 20 minutes of the jumpboard, 20 of toning, and 10 minutes of gentle stretching.

How to prepare
If you have injuries, are pregnant, or have no reformer experience please call the studio to reserve your class to get permission for the correct class. Wear tight enough clothing that has no zippers or buttons or anything that could get caught in the spring/pulley system on the reformer. There are two flights of stairs to the class studio; our private studio is located on the main floor. Thank you!
How to get there
Pilates Vitale is located at 7150 E Hampden Ave. #307 in Denver, Colorado. We are on the third floor of a bright blue building adjacent to Walgreens and Southmoor Park.
