About this class

This class combines various techniques with pumping music to get you feeling and seeing the burn throughout your entire body! Specific focus is on toning and strengthening the glutes, legs, abs and arms as well as balance and coordination. See how much fun "burning" can be with a mix of light cardio, ballet "barre" type exercises (a barre may or may not be used), mat-work and arm-work with light weights.

How to prepare

Mats, towels and water are provided so all you need to bring is yourself! Please note, there is an online registration form that is required to be filled out before your first class. It is recommended to fill this out before arriving to the studio, otherwise please arrive 10 minutes early. How to get there

PSC is located on the corner of Riverside Drive and Colfax Avenue in the gray building. There are 4 free designated parking spaces in the lot off Riverside Drive. Please DO NOT park in a reserved space for another business! Additional free parking can be found along Riverside, Colfax & Blix. Please be mindful of street cleaning & no parking signs.

This is a good work out for people who are just starting their fitness journey. For me I prefer an advanced class, but if youre not in shape yet- this is the class to try. Very nice teacher.

This class could have been good if it wasnt for the attitude of the other participants. Honestly why do people come to take a class if they dont want to work out?! Unfortunately the instructor seemed to cater to the other womens lack of motivation and didnt really offer any challenges.

Nalani is a great instructor. She makes adjustments to your form to make sure you are in proper alignment.
