Da Vinci BodyBoard group classes are like taking Pilates, Barre and Zumba and combining them all together to create an amazingly fun workout that will strengthen, lengthen, tone and burn fat all at the same time... and in just 25 minutes!! Add this fun and quick CARDIO class to your normal workout routine - see and feel the difference it makes! Da Vinci BodyBoard Classes are designed to be fun, challenging and lifestyle friendly. The BodyBoard System is based on high-intensity interval training that is time-efficient and extremely effective. The use of resistance bands allows for more varied movements, and engages smaller muscle groups that are often ignored in traditional fitness routines. This creates "Full Body Integrity". Long, Lean muscles and joint protection with no weak spots! *Classes are FAST-paced and engaging! The varied routine and use of resistance bands make the BodyBoard the PERFECT exercise to add to your current Pilates Studio City workouts! *Please consult with the instructor if you have any injuries or health concerns that may limit your ability to participate in this class.

How to prepare

Mats, towels and water are provided so all you need to bring is yourself! Please note, there is an online registration form that is required to be filled out before your first class. It is recommended to fill this out before arriving to the studio, otherwise please arrive 10 minutes early. How to get there

PSC is located on the corner of Riverside Drive and Colfax Avenue in the gray building. There are 4 free designated parking spaces in the lot off Riverside Drive. Please DO NOT park in a reserved space for another business! Additional free parking can be found along Riverside, Colfax & Blix. Please be mindful of street cleaning & no parking signs.

This workout is BANANAS! Its different than anything else Ive tried. The cardio aspect had a bit of an old-school step aerobics feel, which I loved. Plus, the 80s playlist was awesome.
