TRX Strength & Core: Build muscle and support a healthy body with this essential TRX strength workout. We begin with basic exercises and show you how to scale them to make them as challenging as you can handle. Created by a Navy SEAL, suspension training supports all fitness levels and goals by letting you harness your own body weight to create resistance, while simultaneously developing strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability. Get a fast, effective total-body workout that helps build a rock solid core, increases muscular endurance and is accessible for all fitness levels. The TRX straps create resistance from two sources always at your disposal: your body weight and gravity. this class is a total body workout providing greater performance and functionality! ** NOTE: SNEAKERS REQUIRED. How to prepare
New students MUST arrive 10 minutes early if it is your first class at Pilates Sonoma. Please check in with a staff member and fill out a liability wavier (1st studio visit only) For Pilates classes, grippy socks are required (grippy ToeSox highly recommended and are sold at the studio) *Optional: bring your own H20 bottle and sweat towel.
