it was really fun, and harder than i thought. good core workout

I ended up in the class alone which can be a little intimidating but Jordan was awesome! I basically got a private Pilates session. She catered the moves to my level and gave me lots of suggestions and adjustments, especially for my tight hip flexors.

Check in was kind of a mess even though I got there early and told them it was my first time there and the first time for me doing Pilates Overall class was good though for my first time!

Rachel was a great teacher and all the staff are super friendly. If you're looking for a heavy work out, this is not the class for that. Mostly stretching and floor exercises, some ab series, and a lot of rolling. Good for stretching but not for cardio or even toning/strengthening.

The studio looks like it's being worked on, especially upstairs, but the class and instructor was great!
