About this class

High Fitness is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow fitness choreography. It combines fun (pop songs of old and new that everyone knows and loves) with intensity (interval, plyometrics and cardio) with consistency (each song has specific simple moves taught the same by all instructors). Together they make a recipe for success, repeat participation and results. High Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks. There's no better way to describe it than "Body Sculpting Fun" Get Addicted to Fitness.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Slightly form fitting clothes are advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections. Wear comfortable shoes for the following classes: Phunk Fit, High Fitness, Revolution Circuit.

How to get there

Pilates Revolution is located at 13957 South Bangerter Parkway, Suite 102 in Draper, UT. The studio is just off the I-15 and Bangerter Highway junction, southeast of I-15.
