About this class
You must have taken at 15-20 Level 1 classes within 8 weeks time to be tagged for a Mixed Level Reformer Class. This class is not for the newcomer to Pilates or for someone who does not regularly attend Reformer Classes. Clients must be tagged Mixed Level to participate. This Mixed Level Class requires spinal flexibility, good abdominal control as well as wrist and shoulder stability and strength to be able to handle the more Intermediate Pilates Reformer exercises.

How to prepare
Please register for their mandatory Free Intro Class first. Wear comfortable workout clothes and socks. It is important that your clothes do not get bound up in the reformer. For Mixed Level and Level 2 classes, prior intermediate reformer experience is required to register. Experienced? Please speak with the director. Call the studio with any questions! 212-569-7769 2-client minimum for regular level classes! Call or download their APP if you want to know if you are the only one signed up! Intro classes do not have a client minimum.

300 W 38th St (8th Ave) - we are located on the Third Floor. There is no elevator. Please Buzz to enter. 344 W 38th St (btwn 8th & 9th Ave) Concourse Level, take the elevator down. 1462 First Ave - enter on 76th St - above the 3 Stars Diner 5030 Broadway (The Inwood Center) #604 Look us up on the kiosk and we will buzz you in if there is no lobby attendant. We are located on the Third Floor. There is no elevator. Please Buzz to enter.
