About this class

Grippy Socks required for Pilates Classes. This more traditionally styled group reformer class Is a full-body exercise that educates, realigns, and balances the body, which builds lean, flexible muscles. The Pilates Method increases coordination and improves body alignment and posture while relieving stress and tension. Don't be fooled! This slower quieter class is not "easier!"

Not very challenging

Please give alternative spring options. I have been doing pilates for 10 yrs and all of the springs used for this class were too hard for me to complete all of the reps with proper form. I stopped several times to avoid strains.

Amazing instructor. Love the class
Pilates Classic with Peter
Reformer workouts are always great but ... Every song on the playlist sounded like a cool down song. When stating which color loops to use (how the reformers are steady vs more movable) the instructor spoke extremely fast... there were multiple new people in class (including myself) who all seemed confused when we changed the loops because we didnt hear which ones we should be using and the instructor didnt notice our confusion

Instructor needs to walk around more. Music is loud so sometimes hard to hear instructions. Would be better if he gave suggested spring weight. He does provide options.

Consistently one of the best fusion classes in the city
