About this class

Grippy Socks required for Pilates Classes. In this 55min workout, anything goes! You'll sweat and tone from head to toe by using a mixture of TRX, cardio, free weights and your own body weight. The routines will change with each class so you will never get bored, and we will challenge you to push past your limits to speed up your metabolism and improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Prepare to get HARDCORE! All levels welcome! NOTE: Sneakers Required

Parts of the bootcamp class were great, but there were too many breaks and the breaks were too long. To improve the workout, these breaks could have been made active by doing cardio instead.

Rachel had a ton of great energy! The class consisted of interval training stations, each with a great variety of moves keeping the whole class upbeat and interesting. The studio has two bathrooms / showers, a water fountain, and is very clean / tidy.

What is ClassPass?
