About this class

Be prepared for anything in this dynamic TRX Total Body Conditioning class that will help strengthen, lift, build and define your muscles while burning fat. We focus on a total-body approach with suspension training as the foundation of this class, but be prepared to be thrown a curve ball or two! Anything goes in this class: circuits, balls, bands, floor work, balance and flexibility training, gliders and more. It’s time to get out of your comfort zone and try something new! All levels are welcome and modifications will be given to suit all needs. Sneakers are required.

How to prepare

Socks are required in all classes. Loaners are available and there are cute grippy socks avail to purchase. Shoes are required for TRX, Bootcamp Pro (strength training) and Bootcamp. Hand wraps and gloves are required for kickboxing (matBox) class. Quick wraps can be purchased for $10 and gloves for $35 or you can rent hand wraps for $2 and gloves for just $2. *Please arrive 15 minutes early for class. For your safety and respect for other students and instructor, clients will not be let into class after 5 minutes after class start

How to get there

If you're new to PPW Burlingame, please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to class to sign our New Client Liability Waiver and receive a quick tour. Students will not be allowed to enter class past the 5 min late mark and this would be considered a missed class. There are lots of options for parking! There is metered parking around the studio as well as free neighborhood parking and more metered parking behind the studio. Bring quarters for the meters. Close to 101, a mile south of SFO, walking distance from public transportation.

This class was more like boot camp...barely used the trx straps and there were no ab exercises on the TRX, which are my fav

Such a great class and perfect amount of time length

It was a good class and Jennifer is attentive and high energy. The class would be even better if we did multiple sets of each exercise. We only did each move once and only for 30 seconds. 30 seconds is not long enough to feel the burn, especially for abs! Please make the exercises 45 seconds or 1 minute, and do more than 1 set :)

Adrienne is AMAZING! The front desk is really helpful and friendly, but the studio is getting dirtier and dirtier. I don't like to use the machines and slide the carriage out, look at the floor and see dirt and hair and crumbs. It's gross.

I liked this class a lot - the teacher, Adrienne, was amazing and the class was incredibly hard. I noticed that it ended after 40 minutes, which surprised me because I thought it was an hour long. I don't think I would have lasted an hour though, so it all worked out.

Its hard to get the hang of, like ang class, but it went by quickly and the teacher was the right mix of positive and "keep your butt moving!"

The class is great and the instructor is talented, but the class is too crowded. TRX workouts, especially, require each individual to have ample soace. That is not the case in this class as the TRX bands are too close together and bodies are frequently touching.

What is ClassPass?
