40 minutes of high intensity interval training done the Pilates ProWorks way! You'll sweat, tone, burn, and melt calories all throughout your day, even after your class is over by utilizing your own body weight, dumbbells, TRX, kickboxing, and plyometrics. Prepare to work! All levels welcome! *Sneakers required

*First Timer - Arrive at least 10 minutes early. No exceptions. Door code 1023# EQUIPMENT + GEAR: -PilatesPro / 40Works / Pilates – Grip Socks -BarrePro – Grip Socks -Tone + Flow – Yoga Mat and/or Grip Socks -PPW Bootcamp - Light soled sneakers *Grip socks are available for purchase. A limited amount of yoga mats are available for use.

What is ClassPass?
