About this class
Vinyasa yoga is a powerful sequence of poses focused on strengthening the body while increasing flexibility. Unlike other styles of yoga, during the vinyasa sequence the poses are not held for an extended time. Each pose leads into another with synchronized breath. Challenging balance and flexibility building, poses round out the class for a full mind-body experience. Each class ends with a short series of poses to calm and restore the mind. This class will get your blood flowing and leave you feeling strong and relaxed! Modifications are offered for all levels.
