Reformer Class Level 2/3 at Pilates Place
About this class
This class is a more advanced intermediate class. After months or even years of Level 2 classes, we encourage you to take our Level 2/3 for more of a challenge. In this class you will learn more advanced moves and move at an even faster pace. This class is on the Reformer and will incorporate the Wunda Chair and/or props like the ring, ball and bands.

How to prepare
Please wear workout clothes but nothing with a zipper in the back, which can scratch the equipment. Bring grip socks. If you don't already open a pair, they sell them at the front desk.
