Jump! Cardio and Pilates through a series of high and low intensity movements on the Reformer and Jump Board or Bellicon Mini Trampoline.  This class is for those familiar to Pilates and wanting to sweat. Non-skid socks or tennis shoes required.

Really enjoyed this class! I recently moved here and this is my favorite studio so far. The instructor was knowledgeable, incorporated stretching and helped with form. It was challenging, yet fun and felt like a true pilates reformer workout. Ill definitely come back

Good Pilates moves and lots of them but the way the moves were ran through so quickly my form was hard to get down as we would race through things versus normal slow Pilates moves
