This fast paced class features high intensity interval training supplemented with props such as weights, therabands, balls, etc...Please be familiar with the classical repertoire and have experience with intermediate level exercises. This 45 minute class is bound to leave you invigorated but worked! Who says you don't sweat in Pilates?
