Love this class and Nancy!
Reformer (Back to Basics) with Nancy
I was expecting a lot more proper breathing technique, reformer machine basics, and overall Pilates training. Much to basic for even a beginner. Sad I used 9 credits on this class :(
Reformer (Back to Basics) with Nancy
This class is a slow, refined whole body workout. Nancy is extraordinarily good at making small movements challenging and explaining where and how you should feel things in the body!

Nancys classes are medicinal! Its perfect for countering my bad habits/posture from my desk job and brings strength and balance to the muscles I dont use very often. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived!
