About this class

Pilates Reformer Burn:  Not your typical Pilates class! A 45 minute intermediate, fast-paced class focused on total body burn, this workout is ideal for Pilates lovers who enjoy working hard, doing lots of planks and getting their heart rate up!  + We only have 5 reformers, which means more attention for you!!! Recommended Prerequisite: 10 Reformer sessions at PM or other contemporary Pilates training The Deets: 45 minutes 12 hour cancellation policy applies Not appropriate for clients who are pregnant Not appropriate for clients who are injured We are a sock only studio

How to prepare

Arrive just 5 minutes before class start - Socks are required - Please bring a water bottle for hydration - All classes are 45 to 50 minutes - No Zippers on equipment please- May contact the studio via text, if you need to!

How to get there

We are located in the Cedros Design District at 410 Cedros Avenue, between Llomas Santa Fe Drive + Via De La Valle. We have parking on the street and one space for Private Pilates Sessions.

What is ClassPass?
