How to prepare

Dress comfortably, nothing too tight or too baggy. We recommend leggings, shorts or capri length bottoms to avoid tripping up when stepping on and off the equipment. Socks or bare feet on the equipment! We have changing areas and lockers in the studio to stow your belongings. Don't forget your water bottle!

I liked the instructor, but too many props used and the exercises seemed unnecessarily complicated. I didn’t break a sweat.

Good challenging workout but not much attention to form, no instruction on which muscle group to focus on, which always helps.

Yuko’s intense class is an awesome workout!
Pilates Intense Machine' with Francesca
Good and challenging class but not enough attention to form and breathing when using as much resistance as we did.
Pilates Intense Machine' with Sierra
One of the most creative and physically challenging Pilates classes I’ve ever taken. Absolutely loved it can’t wait to go back!

The instructor was very robotic and the class was not client centered. It felt like the instructor was going through the motions and not present. It was very disappointing.

I've had better classes... :/ This studio should be like a 7 point studio. I've had 1 mediocre and 1 terrible class here. maybe I'm used to other studios. don't feel like I got an intense workout. Not enough reps. Not fast enough. kept having to adjust my postures. i hate saying bad things but for 10 points I expect a lot and its the 2nd bad class I've had here so felt like I had to. Step it up. Do a full teacher training where the owner tests all the teachers and they all get and give feedback. make the teachers be the students. it will help. at least this instructor knew what she was doing with our postures, but her pace was just poor and I never felt the burn. the other guy who taught last time I was there was a disaster.
