About this class

This 55 minute small group personal training session will use a variety of bodyweight and equipment exercises to tone and strengthen every muscle while giving you a little cardio exercise to boot. A fun, fast-paced group session suitable for all levels. Come prepared to sweat! Small group personal training sessions are limited to 2-6 people to ensure that you get the personalized attention and coaching you need to succeed.

What is ClassPass?
