About this class

Unleash your power with Pilates, Yoga, and nonstop movement. You will sweat, stretch and strengthen, all in one workout. Piyo is a low impact cardio class, combining the core firming benefits of Pilates with the flexibility of Yoga. The ultimate goal is long lean muscles. You don’t need any added weights, just your own body weight. Piyo classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. Instructors work closely with participants to modify exercises, showing them progressions and regressions so everyone is challenged, and you will definitely get results. Piyo is restorative, empowering and set to uplifting music.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable clothing you can freely move in. They require grip socks or bare feet for all class formats so that you don't slip. Mats as well as small sweat towels are offered free of charge, so you don't need to worry about bringing one with you. They offer complimentary water stations where you can refill your bottle.
