How to prepare

Please note that first time students must arrive at the studio at least 15 minutes prior to class start time. First time clients are not permitted into class once it starts. You must wear closed-toe full coverage socks in the studio during class; no shoes or bare feet are permitted. Grippy socks are available for purchase.

How to get there

Our studio is located at 55 Broadway off Exchange Alley. Proceed through the 2 revolving doors and take the right elevator bank to the 16th floor.

Hard Core with Adam
Adam was one of the hardest bar classes I’ve taken. He gave no breaks, constant movement and hit every muscle. I sweat a ton which I don’t always in bar classes and I can tell I’m going to be incredibly sore tomorrow!
Hard Core with Andrea
Andrea wasn’t attentive and I didn’t like her random playlist. Stick to the top hits in pop and hip hop, having a good playlist helps people work out better.

Great class. Awesome workout. Very nice studio. Instructor was good, but her attitude a little rude. For example, if you were accidentally working on the wrong side, you were embarrassed in front of everyone (“why are you on your right side?”). Another example: the front desk told us to pick up 5 lb weights before class. The instructor later said to me “why are you using 5 pound weights? Those are too heavy. you’ll get hurt and we are not responsible”. I would recommend letting the front desk know that we apparently are not supposed to be grabbing 5 lb weights

This was first time in the class and I really liked it. But because it was my first time I had a hard time figuring out exactly what I was supposed to be doing. There werent a ton of mirrors in the studio and the mic was a little hard to hear. The instructor was very helpful 1:1 though.

If mat57 & S.B.T had a love child this would be the class. Fast paced, targeted Ab intervals & a few cardio elements. Nice change of pace from the signature classes I typically take.

What is ClassPass?
