Vinyasa Yoga with Charlotte
Best yoga class Ive ever taken, there was so much personal attention to correct form etc. it wasnt a super fast or physically challenging class, but allowed some time to really stretch. 100% would take this again, wish Charlotte wasnt just the sub!
Vinyasa Yoga with Nicholas
One of my favorite yoga studios in the city. The classes are never crowded and the instructors are excellent. Usually take Hollys class but Nick was great as well. Encouraging and relaxing without being boring

Nicholas was an excellent teacher. Very attentive to detail, clear, helpful, and encouraging. Highly recommended

Incredible instructor and class! He really paid attention to all of the poses and the selection of poses was both challenging and rejuvenating. Will definitely be coming back!
Vinyasa Yoga with Nicholas
This class is AMAZING! Nicholas is NYC's best kept secret for yoga in midtown. Also a great boutique and clean gym. Fits just enough people that he can still individualize and help with adjustments.
