How it works

About this class

This yoga class aims to provide a traditional Vinyasa/Restorative combined flow practice with music and pranayama/meditation/dharma talk to enhance strength, flexibility and balance as well as rest the mind. The class will begin with 40 minutes of medium-pace Vinyasa flow and will end with 15 of restorative yoga.

3rd floor in the 515 Madison Ave Building (entrance on 53rd between Park/Madison) We have lockers with key pads, changing rooms, and private showers fully stocked. We provide free mats or you may bring your own.
