Cardio Kick/Strength Build with Iman
A hidden gem of a gorgeous, super clean, and well stocked personal training and small group class studio in the heart of Midtown, i.e. in the lower east 50s, where there aren’t nearly enough boutique gyms in my humble opinion. Iman was so kind, generous, knowledgeable and accommodating... challenging me every step of the way, while catering the workout to my needs and current ability level. You will be hard pressed to find personalized workouts like this anywhere else in Manhattan. I left feeling sore (in a good way), sweaty, confident and accomplished. Great to try for any fitness level, especially if you have some kinks in your form/ fitness regimen that you suspected need addressing but weren’t sure how or who to ask.
